Bryan is the President of the National Christian Foundation of California. Bryan is also the Managing Partner of the Inland Empire Barnabas Group. He almost became a pastor, but found he had a knack for marketing and stayed in business. Bryan got a BA in theology, and later an MBA. Early in his career Bryan was instrumental in leading several companies to double digit growth, and led one company to make the Inc. 500 – twice. In 2005, he started a consulting firm focused on marketing strategy and sales force development where he worked with such household brands as Bosch and Lomb, Capital One, and United Airlines.
Throughout his career, he has kept the heart of a pastor. Today he produces a video newsletter called Drive By Conversations where he interviews business leaders about their journey integrating faith and business. Bryan has taught as an adjunct faculty at California Baptist University. His articles on strategy, sales force development, and leadership have been featured in over twenty publications, including: the San Diego Business Journal, the Business Marketing Association, The Industry Source, and the Inland Empire Business Journal.
Bryan married his high school sweetheart, Becky, 27 years ago. They are now “empty-nesters.” They have two children, Westley and Courtney, and live in Riverside, CA.
